We are thrilled to announce the representation of talented Malian right-back Cheick Oumar Konaté! The 22-year-old defender joins our roster as we continue to support and develop the next generation of African football stars on the global stage.

Player Background

Born in Bamako, Mali, Cheick began his career in the youth ranks of FC Guidars before earning a professional contract with French side Clermont Foot 63, where he developed his skills in Ligue 2. Known for his strong dribbling, attacking overlaps, and modern full-back qualities, Konaté has already gained valuable experience in European competitions and earned call-ups to the Mali senior national team (Les Aigles).

In 2025/26, he moved on loan to A.E. Kifisia in the Greek Super League, where he has been featuring regularly in their play-out campaign, showcasing his reliability and composure at the back.

With a market value around €1.2M–€1.3M and a reputation as a technically gifted, energetic defender, Cheick brings speed, versatility, and huge potential to any team.
