Successful Youth Trial at Azaadville – Players Selected for GDL & DDC Pathways
We recently hosted a highly successful open trial for young footballers aged 11–21 at Azaadville, Krugersdorp. The session was conducted by our scouts Tshidiso Frans Motingoe and Rodan Pillay, who carefully assessed talent across the age groups.
The trial delivered excellent results. Many players stood out and were selected, with a number already receiving contract offers from DD Sports Management. This marks an exciting step forward for these young athletes as they take the next step in their development journeys.
What’s next?
• A large group of the selected players will be placed with DDC teams.
• A training game has already been arranged to continue their preparation and evaluation.
• Some players will also have the opportunity to feature at GDL level.
• All placements are scheduled to be finalised by Monday, 19 October.
We are proud of the standard shown by every player who attended and remain committed to creating clear pathways into competitive environments. Congratulations to all those selected — the hard work starts now.
Keep following our updates for further news on player placements and upcoming opportunities.
